Welcome to our festival! We are delighted that the Government has given the green light on indoor performances and we are really excited to perform for you.

We understand that some of you might feel a little cautious about going to public events, so here is a list of the measures we are taking to keep you all safe.

  • We will conform with all government social-distancing guidelines at the time of the performances to ensure that all performers and audience members are completely safe, and all surfaces in public spaces will be disinfected between performances.

  • All concerts will be approximately one hour and without intermission.

  • Please only book tickets for your household as tickets bought together will be seated together.

  • If you, or anyone in your household, feels unwell on the day of the concert please do not attend. Notify us at least two hours before the start time and we will arrange a full refund.

  • The church seats 400, but our capacity will be 120.

  • There will be a queuing system in place in the gardens and car park outside the church to ensure the safety of everyone entering, and a one way system around the church for members of the public entering and exiting.

  • On entering and exiting the church you will be asked to use the hand-sanitiser provided.

  • There will be toilet facilities at the church for essential use.

  • In line with the latest advice, we ask for members of the public to wear masks at the venue. We will update this if circumstances change. The musicians will not wear masks during the performances but will be socially distanced from each other and the audience.

  • Programme booklets will not be available during the concert, but full details of the programmes will be displayed on posters outside, and performers will speak about the works during the concert.

  • If regulations dictate that an audience is no longer possible, then we will offer full refunds on all ticket sales. However, in this case we intend to film the programmes as advertised for streaming, and audience members will be able to choose not to withdraw ticket funds in exchange for exclusive access to this content.
